As a Business Unit Manager, I am responsible for a team of high performing IT and Management Consultants. I wrote together with my colleague Anton Renström our master thesis on Industry 4.0 and the challenges with implementing a Smart Factory concept in collaboration with Ekan Management and Karlstad University.

Apecs Studenkonsulter AB offers tailored consultancy services in order to increase the contact between students at Karlstad University and businesses, with the goal to provide top students with experiences within their fields of studies. My position within the company is to find firms that need our services and also find and interview new consultants.

I have completed a bachelor thesis in collaboration with Ekan Management and Karlstad University. We studied and concluded which factors that were important when implementing an improvement process.

I have had the privilege to work with three other students at Karlstad University as a student ambassador. The job has allowed me to enhance my skills as a leader and as a person.

As a summer substitute at United Arab Shipping Agency, I was responsible for the export department of the company. My responsibilities included everything from booking to invoicing. This job required me to deal with problems all over the planet, increasing my knowledge of different cultures, and allowing me to enhance my communication skills.

This job requires me to find relevant companies, and book meetings with them to discuss what my company offers. I show them what we have in our portfolio and then give them an offer as to how we can solve their IT problems, or how we can complement their current equipment. This job provides me with a wide array of challenges and experiences. A major part of this job is to build relationships with our clients.

An interesting job that demands that I network with other people to help the young entrepreneurs to get the first connection with the right people. I was planning events that will help students in getting in touch with potential future employers.
