The Zipform Group is a very successful 40-year-old private company consisting of two different divisions, Zipform Digital and Zipform Packaging.After a successful career in accounting, banking, finance and advisory, including 17 years with KPMG, I joined Zipform in 2016 to support the owner and founder with strategic direction and commercial decision making to ensure the continued growth of the group.Since 2016, I have immersed myself in each of the three divisions that form the Zipform Group, understanding the unique position they occupy in the marketplace, their competitive advantages, portfolio of loyal clients, their operations and our hardworking team of people who bring it all together.As Managing Director, my role is to continue to set strategic direction for the group and carefully preside over the execution of those strategies by paying close attention to how we best utilise our resources, mitigate risk and ensure the stakeholders in the business especially our staff and our customers are aligned. I continue to leverage the relationships I have forged during my time in financial services to ensure that Zipform Group has access to industry experts and to promote cross referral opportunities. Involved in a cross section of formal insolvency appointments, financial advisory engagements and dispute resolution matters.Responsibilities include business development activities with financiers, lawyers and accountants, financial and risk management, staff training and recruitment.
