• Implementation of National MEICA and Facilities Management framework contracts to replace a series of national and small regional contracts
• Review of Contract Management and design and implementation of focused contract management to reflect the shift from many small contracts to fewer national frameworks saving cost through headcount reductions and team.
• Outsourcing of small tools provision and maintenance to improve tool reliability and safety; sale of small tools and vegetation plant.
