Currently working within DofE's IT department to align IT strategy with programme activity in order to support and meet the key objectives of the charity.I serve as a liaison between the IT department and the wider charity to identify technology needs and opportunities to improve business processes.I work closely with charity leaders to identify opportunities where technology can be leveraged to improve efficiency and productivity. I also work with the IT team to ensure that technology solutions are developed and implemented in a way that meets the charity's requirements and delivers value to the organisation.Prior to joining DofE, I acted as Head of Regional Development, North for Movement to Work where I established and grew their network in the region by working with the UK’s leading employers, civil society and government to deliver over 130,000 work placements.Previously, I gained significant experience of the corporate world, working in blue-chip companies as, amongst other roles, a Senior IT Manager and Global Business Partner, managing the design and delivery of service management tooling and management information systems within a Global Business Services organisational structure.
