As a Business Intelligence Analyst my goal is to provide the wider Prospect Development and Fundraising teams with qualitative and quantitative data and trend analysis that supports the strategic and tactical planning and operational effectiveness of fundraising programmes.

Employed as a Commercial Analyst at Domino Printing UK. My primary responsibilities are to provide analytical data such as commercial performance to Commercial, Financial and Sales Directors to support operational performance and drive general profitability. Working with the Oracle database, I am responsible for proactively seeking out potential risks such as inventory shortages and providing accurate and relevant data to decision makers. Through regular reporting, I support the Global Digital Printing sales teams with analytics relating to the monthly revenue and sales reports actively seeking out areas of risk and success.

During my time as a Business Process Administrator, my primary responsibility was to provide support to our Key Account and Sector Managers by developing accurate metrics to effectively analyse customer order patterns, stock availability and delivery performance to drive profitability and improved forecasting. Managing Global Key Account orders, I would be responsible for taking the order from point of entry through to shipping – ensuring customer satisfaction and experience. One of my key achievements was driving the creation and management of a new order lifecycle management for our SerialTrac product.

Working as a Commercial Support Coordinator, my primary role was to support the generation of sales and to promote the brand and our services to the market. Coordinating the EU Hire and Demo programme at exhibitions and trials, I was key for driving the implementation of new procedural assessments and strategies that led to increased efficiency and therefore allowed more time for key marketing activities to increase product profitability. With a keen eye for detail, I would actively manage the analyse the data and performance metrics of our solutions to look for opportunities for improvements within the market.
