As Head of Talent Acquisition & Wellbeing at Sellick Partnership, I aim to ensure that our internal recruitment process is a really positive experience for everyone involved. I’m passionate about bringing the right people into our teams – those who excel in their roles and embody the values that make Sellick Partnership a fantastic place to work. It was the culture that drove me to join Sellick Partnership as Internal Talent Manager back in 2015, and over the years, I’m proud to have been supported as I worked my way up to lead the brilliant internal recruitment team. Over the years, I have built an excellent understanding of what each team wants and what their success looks like, enabling me to be as effective as possible in supporting with any hiring requirements they may have. With a background in learning and development, I’ve been lucky enough to facilitate the growth of individuals at all stages in their careers. From apprentices taking on their first roles to experienced professionals at the senior level, I will always focus on finding the perfect fit. Another part of my remit at Sellick Partnership is all around wellbeing in the workplace. Whether it’s working with our Wellbeing Team, supporting colleagues in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, or offering a listening ear as a qualified Mental Health First Aider, I’m here to ensure that everyone thrives both professionally and personally.I am also heavily involved with the Investors in People and Great Place to Work® accreditations, attending meetings and discussing the work that the business has done and continues to do. This is something I enjoy doing; speaking to people and making them aware of the great lengths Sellick Partnership goes to, in order to support staff in the best way possible. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, am a big supporter of grassroots football and, not forgetting, a huge Manchester United fan as well! So, whether you’re considering your next career move or want to just find out more, please feel free to contact me for a confidential chat.
