Benify is the market’s leading global benefits and total rewards platform that creates digital engagement experiences to help employers attract, reward, and retain today’s and tomorrow’s talent.- Responsible for building, maintaining and advocating Benifys Design System.- Led multiple design projects building new products to cater for US market needs. For example; enabling employees to extract annual reward statements, employee surveys and insights, and more.- Led the design work for a pension analysis/optimization product for Swedish pension system participants. Crated new User Journeys flows based on insights from User Research, Card Sorting and workshops with Subject Matter Experts.- Created tailored user journeys for customers of Benify, for Insurance products and Employee Benefits- Contributed to sales processes by advocating for how Benifys seamless user journeys improved employee financial wellbeing, knowledge and health.- Designed Total Rewards Statements for European market

Internal consultant delivery team to build a full-scale e-commerce solution to sell used trucks. Volvo Trucks incubated an innovative e-commerce business with the aim to transform the used-trucks market in Europe. This to gain competitive advantage for Volvo and offer a unique service to buyers of used trucks.- Lead UX Designer- Managed cross-functional collaboration with Product Owner, Developers, Business Stakeholders and Customer- Lead UX work within the team, aligning with the customer and balancing user needs vs customer needs.- Applied a Service Design lens to cater for a seamless end-to-end User Journey- Defined KPI’s with the customer- Built a Promotion Landing page for marketing purposes

Helping Husqvarna.com team to develop the B2C site and e-commerce platform. I was a part of an agile time collaborating with colleagues spread in three different places worldwide.- Main designer for public website, responsible for conversion and usability- Worked closely with Product Manager to prioritize stories and refine backlog- Facilitated workshop sessions with Developers, Product Managers and Analysts to ideate solutions to desired outcomes of the public website.

To meet competition and improve attractiveness as a brand, Husqvarna initiated a project to replace the current B2B Web Order e-commerce solution used by resellers. New system was successfully adopted by resellers.- Based out of business logic and requirements define needed User Research tasks- Executed User Research on a scale with users globally (Europe, US, Pacific)- Remote and in person research and Usability Testing- Created Wireframes and clickable high-fidelity prototypes during the product design process- Delivered bit-sized UX stories to developers following Agile methodology- Delivered custom UI design for the new e-commerce solution, by still adopting general Husqvarna brand guidelines- Catered for accessible usability, mainly designing a UI for keyboard interaction pattern- Built a Design System for B2B Web Order e-commerce product

Fello is the scale-up user friendly mobile carrier. With a main focus on being kind and offer great consumer experience.- Main responsibility to lead prioritization and design consumer facing website for Desktop and Mobile- Lead the Design and Product work for creating “My pages”. A space for consumers to manager their mobile subscription, telephony numbers and services.- Conducted research, crafted UI Design- Supported front-end development for Wordpress and WooCommerce- Optimized landing page and sign up flows increased Conversion Rate of order completion by 25%- Reported to CEO and COO

Contributed to an internal project at ÅF(AFRY), in which the main objective was to analyze how and why employees used ÅF(AFRY) intranets. A part of the deliverable in this project was to identify how engagement and usage could be improved. Together with the project team I prototyped, performed user testing, and iterated and validated designs before handing them off to development teams. Project resulted in an improved design for mobile devices.

Together with Patrik Lundin Markstedt, I wrote a thesis about how gamification in digital services can keep users engaged and make "environmentally good choices" when using mobility services. Our objective was to visualize how transparency of environmental effects could be shown to end-users within the context of mobility services.

My main responsibilities at Surfers(SIH International) consisted of E-commerce, product management, Social media, and Content management (corporate blog). During my time at Surfers, I developed skills in conversion optimization, SEO, videography, sales, and business management. Being responsible for the full e-commerce experience, I managed price adjustments, adding and updating products, adding images and product descriptions. I was also responsible for SEO work for the e-commerce website and blog.

Simplicity is an equity and fixed income funds company who operates in various markets. Simplicity initiated a customer portal project to increase the Customer Experience. A customer survey that indicated that customers wanted an easier way to view and manage their funds. The hypothesis was to make it easier to log on and see an overview of the current holdings and values. New designs were designed, developed, and implemented. To measure success, I was responsible to collect additional user feedback and define KPIs. The updated design resulted in clients being more confident in their current holdings and highlighted possibilities to adjust their fund allocations.
