My role involves creating and executing content marketing and PR strategies to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and brand campaign messages to our target audiences. This includes defining and creating engaging global brand content across various channels, managing brand reputation, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement amongst our ideal customers. Ultimately resulting in more potential customers who are aware of what we do, and trust our capability to deliver against their needs, leading to qualified sales pipeline. The role also includes line management and responsibility for the growth and development of 3 colleagues.- Qualitative research with key stakeholders to create a concise set of ICPs covering the key buyer(s) of our service lines as well as the sponsors and blockers who also factor into the decision-making process – with a clear focus on the psychographic drivers of purchasing behaviour.- Development of an adaptable content marketing strategy designed using the principles of “create once, publish often” - wherein content is adapted and repurposed for different channels - driving c. 120,000 website visits in H1 2024.- Conception and creation of a high-impact, disruptive marketing campaign ‘AND Accelerate’ comprising original primary research, flagship report, content hub, interactive assessment, and 30+ SEO-optimised content assets - leading to the creation of 1,100+ new contacts within our ICP.- Vendor selection and onboarding of 2 new PR partner agencies in the UK and US driving coverage to 60.7m unique monthly viewers year-to-date.- Development of new go-to-market (GTM) propositions across the AI, Data, and Platform service lines to enable clearer articulation of the customer challenges we address – in line with the findings of our ICP research, and backed up by robust customer benefits, clear information architecture, and credible social proof.
