Clients included: State Street Corp., Hasbro, SystemSoft, Boston’s Central Artery/Tunnel Project, Millennium, Artery Business Committee, several municipalities, among others.

Served as part of the engineering management team on Boston's Central Artery/Tunnel Project. Drove feasibility study of air rights development along sections of the depressed highway. Led complex right-of-way negotiations between state and federal agencies. Developed staging plans for $500 million of construction in the technically most challenging area of the CA/T project. Managed design of $20 million ventilation building.

Oversaw a $200 million real estate expense budget for sales and services offices across the country as U.S. Field Real Estate Finance Manager. Implemented performance measurement tools to dramatically improve space utilization and cost effectiveness. Managed $200 million capital budget and appropriations approval process as U.S. Field Capital Budget Manager. Managed $6 billion expense budget process as U.S. Field Budget Controller.

Greater Boston Area

Principal in DEC's Corporate Real Estate and Construction Group in the days when DEC was adding two million sq. ft. of new space per year. Advanced to the position of principal facilities project manager, then area manager supervising a group of project managers. Pioneered numerous management reporting methodologies, drove the implementation of CPM scheduling, and developed project planning and control tools that became the standard for the group.
