I am an experienced project manager, with the ability to both successfully lead projects in large organizations and to contribute to these, on a technical as well as commercial level. This supported by a dual-degree educational background, and my professional experience as engineer and project manager.During my 3.5 years as Siting Engineer in Siemens Wind Power, I achieved skills in wind resource assessment, flow modeling, feasibility studies and park optimization. I worked with technical calculations, certification and standards for turbine suitability assessments. In my position I was consulting sales during the bid rounds, and was also participating in contract negotiations with customers.As a project manager, I use my technical skills and knowledge of engineering processes to create new software tools for engineers, removing non-value adding activities in design and optimization of products that also meet the demands from the market. As the projects reaches across the organization, I have to acquire skills in change management to successfully implement the projects in the organization.
