During my internship I had the opportunity to work in different operations (acquisitions, cessions, etc.), to prepare the legal documents (NDA, LOI, SPA, SHA, among others) and to be involved in the due diligence missions. In the course of this internship we closed approximately 5 operations having a direct or indirect participation in all of them. I could participate from the begin of the process until the closing in one of them.Missions:-Analysis of acquisition and sector data as well as the valuation of strategic targets;-Audit missions during Due Diligence phases;-Screening of external growth targets;-Participation in the execution and the follow-up of the different deals;-Negotiation with the counter party during the acquisition process-Preparation of different legal documents
