I picked up the project in-flight, accepting a challenge to bring the scope and costs back under control. 18 months on and we have just completed the major technical delivery and are now focussing on the regulatory and mandatory reporting (incl. AML) and driving business rollout both internally and with a divested business. The delivery mandate has now switched between managing an agile software development cycle and planning a coherent business rollout to c.1200 staff. With a large team split across a number of suppliers in a number countries, the challenge has been driving diverse teams to work together to achieve the same goal.
