- Manages multiple projects at the same time.- Dealing with customers to fully understand their requirement for their projects.- Take ownership for allocated projects: development and its technical aspects.- Uses Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) with `OCR Ephesoft` to automate business documents.- Scope, manage, and deliver projects using a professional consultative approach to project management, resulting in outcome that exceed expectations.- Ensures that projects do have accurate, timely, and relevant information which provides visibility of projects from initial scope to final delivery to all stakeholders.- Identify and manage potential project-related problems in terms of key issues, and use an analytical mindset to determine options and solutions via effective risk and issue management.- Contribute to the B2BE knowledge base by reviewing and improving internal and external project management process documentation on a regular basis, as well as maintaining and updating customer specific knowledge base information for each project.- Proactively contribute to identifying and acknowledging personal development and training needs in order to maximize performance and progression within the organization.
