I'm a senior internal communication and change consultant, Vice Chair of IABC EMENA, and mentor. Since 2007, I've worked with a diverse range of global and multinational organisations in more than 20 countries across four continents. My broad experience means I’ve seen a wide array of internal communication and change challenges, from business transformations and office moves, to system implementations, regulatory changes, and crisis communications. While I’m happy to turn my hand to most things, I specialise in the following areas:- Strategic advice for C-suite and senior leaders; and, importantly, turning that advice into communication planning and practical application. - Change communications, working on complex programmes to drive behaviour change – everything from office moves to technology transformations and new ways of working.- Storytelling, turning complex business strategy into simple, compelling narrative.- Strategic event planning, developing creative and interactive set pieces and interventions, such as conferences, launches, and leadership events.
