I joined Benoy in 2004 as an architect and became a director in 2011.Focusing on the planning and design of Benoy's several major mixed use development projects in Asia and China, I took on a major role working with key blue chip clients in the region here involving with projects like ION Orchard, Shanghai ICC ,Shanghai iAPM, CentralFestival, MixC China and was involved in Westgate, Chengdu IFS and Elements at Union square.I travel widely in China and Asia to handle my client's major portfolios from the Hong Kong office with a sound understanding of design and commercial strategies. Conducting presentations to local government authorities in China , I have growth to be familiar with the process involved.I lead several teams in the office handling projects from master planning , hospitality , interiors, entertainment to retail led mixed use development focusing from design ,completion and to delivery. I spearheaded the Taiwan sector of Benoy with current commissions like Taipei Dome, Megacity, High speed rail mixed use in Hsin Chu and new Chinatrust HQ. Recently, also played a key role in opening the Jakarta sector working on Ciputra's new mixed use development and W-Jakarta since 2011.Working with the Benoy marketing team, I am active and take part in keynote events speaking in China and Asia, promoting the firm's activities internationally .I have participated in and made presentations at Design conferences in China, Singapore, Taiwan, Jakarta and Hong Kong.I began my architectural studies in Melbourne, Australia and has worked in my hometown, Singapore for ten years before pursuing my career in Retail led mixed development in Asia and China with a total of 19 years experience in architecture.+852 6111 0993
