As a Managing Director at Celnor Group, I work with the group companies to deliver their business plans and support the development of their teams as we come together to deliver great projects for great clients.Between 2015 and 2023 I led the growth of the Geo-Environmental division of Delta-Simons to one of the largest in the UK with a team peaking over 115 members through development of strong client relationships, a focus on delivering quality advice and the recruitment and development of talent. Part of the team that sold the Delta-Simons business to Lucion Group in 2021 and worked on the subsequent merging of the businesses including the further acquisition of Ground Engineering Ltd in 2022. By technical background I am a contaminated land and environmental due diligence professional and project manager/project director specialising in human health risk assessment and project management. Experience from initial assessment through to remediation design and implementation including a strong understanding of both technical and commercial aspects. Experience in providing environmental due diligence / transaction support on significant property portfolios including work for both vendor and purchaser of real estate and businesses (M&A). Successfully undertaken rapid EDD for non-performing loan books of in excess of 5000 properties and with values exceeding £1bn for private equity clients. Established track record working on complex and challenging sites with multiple stakeholder requirements. Experienced in the residential, commercial, industrial and legal sectors including both UK and international working. Sites include small to large (>300Ha) and complex including chems/pharma, gasworks, O&G sites, munitions works and general industrial sites.Experience in site closure projects including scoping, security, decontamination, demolition, tendering, contract monitoring and co-ordination of multi-disciplinary services. Involvement in expert witness works including high profile cases with significant media attention.
