I believe business is a wonderful game. My background - I have spent the last 30 years as an entrepreneur raising funds, starting, growing and exiting businesses in sales and marketing, mail-order, coffee, retreats and ready-made cocktail sectors. I take an holistic view to business. It is just as much about your health and well-being as it is about the numbers and processes. I was one of the founding members of the Serpentine Running Club. Business success - I raised over £1.7m to start the mail-order business. The sales and marketing work that I have done has sold over £1m of contact lenses, over 6m litres of water, opened up markets for snack brands as well as increasing sales and distribution for pet and vet brands.Coaching - I am a qualified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and couple this with my business experience and expertise to coach both executives and teams.Non-Executive Directorships (NED) - I have chaired one of Sport England's active partnerships and sit as a NED on one of the great twelve livery companies catering board - to bring insight, sales and marketing skills, governance and an extra pair of ears and eyes for business growth. Mentoring - I work with and walk alongside business owners to clarify what it is they are wanting to achieve, plan how to get there, implement the strategy and process and be the accountability point to make sure the plan is achieved. I do this by merging my sales and marketing skills, my business experience and my training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) with resources from the Sales Master's Guild and the Business Buyers Club.
