I'm fortunate to love what I do!I've been designing, architecting and implementing software for almost 20 years and have worked in many different roles during my career as both a freelance and permanent team member. I'm a passionate and skilled technical leader & executive with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to build innovative, rich and powerful services using the latest technologies. While I'm also deeply interested in improving the processes around software development and leveraging the benefits of software systems to automate common processes including continuous integration, evaluation of code quality and unit/integration testing. I also have interest in user experience design and it's impact on software and solutions architecture to ensure any service/application is built with the user's needs at it's heart.People I work with know me as a friendly and dedicated hard worker, with a passion for technology and a desire to both learn and share existing knowledge. I also constantly strive to improve my skills and experience via blogs, podcasts, community events and online training.
