Started a business to consult coaches and players within professional basketball.- Worked Individually to develop the skills and mental approach of Chinese player Zhuo Qi, who was later selected in the 2nd Round of the 2016 NBA Draft.

Provided key strategic & tactical in-game coaching, managed player development, supervised the entire team staff, including statisticians, video coordinators, & technical staff. Evaluated all potential players.- Assisted the team in achieving 6th place, improving by six places from the prior season; consequently qualifying for the 2011–2012 CBA Playoffs.- Demonstrated expertise in training by guiding two players of the Chinese National Team as well as one on the Taiwanese National Team.

Directed the planning & execution of building a team in the German 1st League with a focus on recruiting and developing young, talented German Basketball players.- Beat two BBL Playoff teams including one of the BBL Finalists, even though Giessen was one of the lowest budget teams in the BBL.- Signed and developed young player, named Domestic Player of the Year in Germany and named to the German National Team the following summer.- Developed two young German players; one was named the Most Improved Player of the Year in Germany and the other to the All-Domestic Player Team.- Implemented a shooting practice program that enabled two players to rank in the TOP 5 in 3PT Shots Made and TOP 5 in 3PT FG%.

Conducted thorough and detailed evaluation of prospects, based on physical attributes, basketball skills, character, and potential success. Provided decision-making information to the vice president of basketball operations and vice president of Player Personnel of the Denver Nuggets through live scouting, video scouting, and background research with persons involved. Displayed proficiency in conducting live scouting of the Euroleague, ULEB Cup, FIBA Tournaments, NBA, NCAA and the NBDL. Presented information to supervisors through written reports and verbal presentations and video edits; ranking reports through internet database, which was personally developed and implemented.- Initiated, developed, and implemented the internet database used to record all evaluation of prospects by entire scouting staff.- Evaluated more than 500 prospects on 4 continents and over 15 countries.- Produced Predraft Evaluation Books of all potential international prospects in 2007 and 2008.- Covered over 25 major basketball tournaments.
