Lateral was acquired by Tangent PLC in March 2008 and merged with Tangent One (UK and APAC) and Tangent Direct into a single agency ‘Tangent One’ with the aim of creating a Top ten digital marketing agency within the Tangent group. I was involved in managing the merger of the various agencies and directing the structure of the single agency.
