I also manage user queries, report and resolve issues, and take meeting minutes to ensure all teams are informed of project updates and can easily catch up on new information. Additionally, I process user orders for various devices, communicating with users to verify that all information is accurate and adheres to HSE policies. This role has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with enhancing my ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.🔍 Project Highlights:Business Analytics: Worked on a group project using PowerBI to extract insights from a database, transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence.
