Appreciating my experience at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, I specialized in Information Technology Management. In addition to Excel, my skills include writing SQL queries, programming in an object-oriented paradigm, and implementing machine learning algorithms. Having learned to code in Python, C#, and Java, I am well equipped to learn how to read and write code in lower-level languages. I am an agile learner with a versatile skillset.Furthermore, during the Summer of 2023, I was fortunate to have participated in the FUSE Bootcamp organized by the MKE Tech Hub Coalition. Collaborating with a small group in a hybrid environment, my teammates and I were recognized as top performers. Being judged on a sales pitch that we created; my group assisted Northwestern Mutual by introducing an AI Chatbot that can meet the needs for many underinsured Americans. Ultimately, I am persistent and developed a commitment to customer focus. Establishing a customer base for the West Bend, WI Meijer store, my accomplishments are driven to be competitive and derived from an eagerness to serve my community. For instance, in 2021 I was recognized in two consecutive quarters as one of the highest performing cashiers in the Northern Wisconsin market. My team achieved a performance rating of 96.43%. Taking on leadership responsibilities progressively as a Meijer employee, I continue to demonstrate a reliable track record as a lifelong learner, leader, and long-distance runner.
