Key Roles & Responsibilities;Manage projects from initial client brief consultations through to concept/ design and print production, ensuring a quality product, on time and to budgetary requirementsResponsible for the planning, execution and project management of the company’s entire process of print productionEfficient co-ordination of projects with web development teams from conception through to completionResponsible for the estimating of all print projects and the co-ordination of all third party print/digital suppliersResponsible for co-ordinating with paper merchants for stock and also the supply of samplesManage client re-ordering process to assist with sales and avoid last minute ordering from clients where possible to assist with work flowCo-ordinate all deliveries of finished printed collateral

Key Roles & Responsibilities;Organize workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobsEffective communication with the business owners, the sales team and the production team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that production, sales, and customer objectives are metManage the co-ordination and control of all jobs/work ordersUpdate and maintain production scheduleAssist with cost estimation on client ordersResponsible for stock controlPreparation of artwork for both in house and external litho and digital production

Key Roles & Responsibilities;Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction in a challenging environment, utilising excellent communication skillsProvide support for new and registered clients via telephone, e-mail and faxAdhere to company’s set procedures to satisfy various customer situations, including order tracking and returns, exchanges, refunds and complaintsUse good administrative skills to document all enquiries and customer contact within contact management systems

Key Roles & Responsibilities;Assisting with the five core areas of business, design, digital print, litho print, large format production and promotional itemsProviding an excellent level of customer service with visiting clients and customersResponsible for initial telephone and face-to-face enquiriesThe understanding and accurate interpretation of client requirements in order to provide the correct solution for their needs, including estimation of costPreparation of artwork for both litho and digital productionResponsible for the upkeep of the centres customer relationship management system

Key Roles & Responsibilities;Outputting from customer files, binding and copyingReceiving and processing customer ordersFinishing of all litho printed materials including delivery responsibilitiesResponsible for the organisation and storage of all client documentation including hard copy and electronic filesWorking independently and as part of a team to ensure all allocated work
