Providing top quality speakers to meet a range of budgets, the PJS Speakers business was built around honesty, excellent communication and excellence in customer service.Between 2004 and 2010 seconded to the Association of Chief Police Officers as the national police project manager for the implementation of a witness care programme throughout England & Wales under the project banner, No Witness No Justice. Successfully implemented 168 witness care units throughout England & Wales to time and within budget. From 2008 led for the police service nationally on victim and witness policy, best practice and procedure.Acknowledged as the national police expert on victim and witness care and directly supported implementation of victim and witness care services in Bermuda, Chile and the Bahamas as well as providing advice to many other countries.In support of victim and witness care and criminal justice reform designed and ran numerous large scale national conferences in England & Wales, Bermuda, Chile and the Bahamas.
