Docent natuurkunde en ontwikkelaar van leermiddelen.Eerst bij ASML. Daarna voor de klas. Voor mij een logische keuze. Op school probeer ik HAVO en VWO leerlingen steeds op nieuwe manieren uit te dagen om natuurkunde toe te passen. Het liefst laat ik leerlingen zelf tegen problemen aanlopen en laat ik het ze zelf oplossen. Aan mij als docent de taak om dit proces te sturen.Onder de naam eigenfrequentie ontwikkel ik lesmateriaal voor de eigen lespraktijk en deel dit materiaal met andere docenten via eigenfrequentie.nl. Didactisch uitgangspunt is onderzoekend leren. Bij het ontwikkelen van dit materiaal kan ik mijn creativiteit kwijt en kan ik mijn ideeen over hoe leerlingen het beste kunnen leren toepassen.Naast het ontwikkelen van lesmateriaal en lesgeven houd ik me ook bezig met advies en ontwikkeling van educatieve projecten in het onderwijs en daarbuiten.
