Developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating counter terrorism projectsin particular in the field of prevention of movement and travel document security, as well as organisational and logistical issues related to them, including through overseeing and providing advice to junior staff membersAssist OSCE participating States with the implementation of their counter terrorism commitments, and act on requests from participating States to assist in enhancing their capacities to respond tocurrent and emerging terrorist threats. Supports the work of relevant UN bodies and enhance cooperation with external partners and other regional organizations in preventing and countering terrorism.

Responsibility for all non-military aspects of security (counter-terrorism, organised crime, cyber-security, borders management, police reform) for the 2014 Swiss Chairmanship of the OSCE

Specialise in the OSCE's Human Dimension covering anti-trafficking, democratization, election monitoring, human rights and fundamental freedoms, minority rights, rule of law, freedom of the media including internet freedom, freedom of assembly and association.This entails monitoring human dimension developments in Central Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe, Balkans, Caucasus, and the EU.

Report on a large variety of meetings and consultations, including OSCE formal and informal consultations, EU co-ordination meetings and Political Dialogue meetings. Monitor developments in both the OSCE human dimension and pol-mil dimension, assist in the coverage of a large variety of regional and thematic dossiers, notably through the establishment of reports as well as background notes for the European Union Headquarters in Brussels and EU Delegations in other OSCE countries.
