En 2014, le bureau suisse de graphisme Andeers est passé de projet à réalité au détour d’une vallée grisonne avec comme dessein: créer du design de qualité. Son slogan «Analysis and design» fait partie intégrante de sa vision en proposant une approche analytique, créative et réfléchie.

Assisted with 60+ communication agency leaders from Europe/ Africa/ Middle East, as well as North and South America, along with their 60+ guests (spouses, adult children and kids).Work together with Network Coordinators from the regional networks AMIN America's and AMIN EAME, as well as members of Executive Board Committees of both networks.Areas of responsibility:- Supervision and planning of the creative and the digital content used before, during and after the conference. Worked with the agency creative team to create, produce all the communications including the online portal, hotel reservations, agenda, program, gifts, social venues, menus, entertainment, transportation and assigned table seating changes throughout the 4 day conference.- Provided the interface with (bi-lingual communications and daily contact with) the 4-Star hotel regarding all room reservations, meeting space, menus, and Audio Visual needs. - Planned and coordinated social activities for nearly 70 family guests who were at the conference, but not attending the meetings.- During the CEO/CFO Conference, Montreux, I enjoyed the opportunity to exchange insights with the attendees and guest speakers and learned first hand how the members run their advertising and marketing agencies in today's complex communications world.*AMIN (Advertising & Marketing International Network) is a global alliance of strong independently owned advertising, marketing and digital agencies from around the world. Being part of the network allows members to share insights, knowledge and resources that strengthen their agencies.
