My program management responsibilities included managing ASIC design programs for Tier 1 customers. During this, I was responsible for setting up a back-end design flow using Magma place and route tools. I was originally hired in to manage applications support, utilizing a team based in India. My roles were a mixture of management and individual contributor positions.
