While maintaining role as lead UX Designer at inMarket, served as Product Manager leading the design, development, and marketing of inMarket’s owned and operated apps on both Android and iOS. My role:• Creating and validating product roadmaps based on user feedback and stakeholder input.• Defining product specification requirements.• Managing development workflow utilizing agile methodologies.• Identifying and delivering on new revenue opportunities through a process of comparative and competitive analysis and revenue forecasting.• Serving as point of contact for vendors and partners.• Creating and maintaining user outreach efforts (emails, push messages, in-app messaging).• Optimizing product offerings, user acquisition, and user retention through AB testing and employing UX research methodologies.

• Designed, sketched, wireframed, prototyped on all of inMarket digital experiences.• Developed user-first solutions that meet company goals.• Conducted UX Research (i.e. user and market research, user testing) to create and improve existing products.• Queried and analyzed internal data to identify and remedy product pain points.

Designed and tested refreshed checkout flow for a popular e-commerce site to optimize for increased repeat buyers.

Pivoted the site from a photo-story service to an online portfolio platform. The end product focused on non-digital creatives and providing them with a simple, easy to use platform to showcase their work.

I completed over 600 hours of study and work including researching, audits, creating personas, making low and high fidelity wireframes, mockups, and iterations. I learned how to conduct user research and testing to de-risk and validate a product before getting to market. I also learned how to develop products that are a delight to use and goal oriented.Projects: - Lead UX designer in the redesign of the Amoeba ecommerce site. The redesign focused on improving navigation, decreasing shopping cart abandonment, and promoting Amoeba's initiative to purchase old records and CDs.- Worked on a UX team in the creation of a conceptual app for AARP that allows users to digitize their important documents and store it on a secure server. These documents would be available on demand from any internet connected device through the app. The app also allows for transfer of ownership of these documents in a seamless manner. - As a social impact project, I worked as a UX Designer on an app that features a network of educational podcasts and audio content that can be accessed by connecting to the WiFi on the LA Metro system.- Tasked by the CEO of Momentary.com, along with two other UX Designers, to pivot the website from a photo-story service to an online portfolio platform. The end product focused on non-digital creatives and providing them with a simple, easy to use platform for showing their work. - Lead UX Designer in the development of an app for avid fans of the Homeland Television show.
