Currently a Service Desk Technician at Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation, providing exceptional customer service and hardware/software support to the entire corporation, both in-person and remotely through Teams and remote assistance.Working on the Service Desk Administration Tool, a tool meant to help Service Desk Technicians complete their jobs more efficiently and consistently including processes for simplifying onboarding new employees, user account changes, and Exchange administration.Graduated from SAIT in 2023 with a Diploma in Software Development, I developed skills in Java, HTML/CSS, SQL, and learned the MERN tech stack as a self-taught skill to complete the capstone project at the end of the course, creating a full-stack application with a group of 4 others for a client.
