Current- Provide strategic HR support focusing on implementing people and organization initiatives that enhance organizational and people development.- Responsible for management Corporate programs, like: Annual Performance Evaluation, Engagement Evaluation, Talent Program, Leadership training, trainee and internship program.- Support managers regarding performance management and employee relations concerns.- Planning, designing and implementing the numerous employee engagement projects based on the feedback from cross functional stakeholders and end users- Execution of recruitment strategies, which includes internal and external recruitment, advertising, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making recommendations to the hiring manager.- Interacted with clients (employees and the Business Heads of the Business unit) and vendors on a day-to-day basis- Support employees of the organization in all levels to provide guidance, recommendations for HR related topics
