I joined the company in the logistics department dealing with the reception and shipping area. My previous experience was important for this new chapter of my professional life, where I reinforced several aspects such as good work and team communication, multitask, solving problems and having a better response to working under pressure.Although it is a Logistics position that involves different skills, such as the use of the computer, in the maintenance of the logistical information support system, using various platforms such as e-mail, office, Sage X3 and Omnilog, knowledge of the laws of transport and filling of guides, receiving orders, which consists of weighing and reading them, handling fruit, and the procedure of dispatching orders from customers, allowed to add more skills in my professional resume.

I joined LisbonHolidays after proposing the possibility of doing a working experience for a month in the marketing and media department of the brand. For two weeks I went through various training modules such as social media, content marketing, photography, editing and execution, photography 101, leadership, tourism marketingIn the last two weeks, I have had the opportunity to work directly with the Head of Marketing, performing tasks such as: creating content for social networks, creating a newsletter, managing contacts, communicating on social platforms.I also worked with the brand's director of photography where I was able to watch and support a photoshoot at a tourist property and assist a journalistic piece for the brand. In addition to learning how to manage and understand marketing on social networks, I also worked on other content, such as the photography strategy in lodgings, the notion of image and text influence, learned to deal with programs such as Spark and Lightroom and the importance of communicating and observation in relation to our public.

In the McDonald's group, my career began with customer service, due to my previous experience, and I gained experience in the different positions, moving to the kitchen area, and later I became qualified to perform all the tasks of a collaborator in the company.Adding to my previous job, I became more effective in customer service, learned to multitask, managing time according to tasks, and the meaning and importance of good teamwork. I also acquired new skills such as quality control and food safety, handling food according to the rules, and the importance of product organization so that it was more serviceable. In addition to having participated in formations crucial to the development of the restaurant, such as the change from the old platform to the latest and the new perspective of approaching customers in order to empathize the customer.
