 Lead systems based accounting initiatives including company mergers and acquisitions while maintaining data and information integrity in accordance to external audit and Jamaica stock exchange requirements.  Manage and coordinate Microsoft Dynamics AX Enterprise resource planning implementation projects across the Group (Jamaica/USA/Haiti). Consult with department heads and IT management on a variety of business process re-engineering processes including but not limited to Financials, Supply Chain Management, Trade and Logistics as well as Production and Costing.  Preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD's) on various new and enhancement projects  Develop test plans, test conditions and test cases for UAT and other tests required for approval to production environments.  Develop Work Flow diagrams in MS Visio for new and existing Gain-Loss processes. Manage Helpdesk and Support team measuring performance against Industry Key Performance Indicators.

Lead and manage environmentally focussed stakeholder engagement projects effectively (Dynamics AX 2009), and to ensure that they are delivered on time, onbudget and to agreed quality standards.

Responsible to give end-user support to all the different sub-divisions of Jamaica Broilers Group - Dynamics AXImplement new modules in AxaptaTrain users on how to use the system as well as the operation of the businessAssist in executing the daily operational activities in the organization.
