I have gained some transferrable skills from my current job, some of them are, good telephone manner, good face-to-face manner and being organised. I have also gained experience from my job, working at a pizza shop, the experience of serving customers face to face and sometimes handling complaints very well. I think that this would be good for in most jobs, as it is good to have experience face to face with customers. I have some achievements that I am really proud of, I studied Travel & Tourism, at Redcar College, it was a Level 3 Extended Diploma. in this I gained Merit, Merit and Distinction, I was at Redcar College from 2014 until 2016. I have also studied a short course on Business Admin at Middlesbrough College in September and October 2017.
