I have over 30 years’ experience in customer service and pride myself in being hardworking, approachable and reliable. The various roles I have held have enabled me to develop a valuable and transferable skill set which stand me in good stead for a customer service role. I have always had fantastic enthusiasm towards my work commitments and am able to work to tight deadlines on a daily basis. I am a team player although can work unaided where needed and can adapt positively to any situation. I thoroughly enjoy working within the public sector and have an adaptable calm nature, which enables me to be flexible to changing circumstances and, therefore overcome challenges that are presented to me.
