Following are my Key Accomplishments in my position as Head of Qualified Trust Services and eID Services:• Regular overseeing of requirements regarding Namirial certifications in its QTSP and eID Provider roles by managing the relationship and support audit activities with external CABs and AgID (Italian eIDAS Supervisory Body);• Solution architect for Corporate PKI projects: I executed action plans for improving company know-how and offers, based on data security and PKI projects, and creating a suite of products;• Design and implementation of different services related to the Qualified Certificate Enrollment (on QSCD and Remote QSCD) for Signing and Sealing;• Design and implementation of Local and Remote Signing Solution (X.509 and Biometric);• Design and implementation of multi-channel onboarding platform, eIDAS, and AML / KYC compliant, relying on different identity validation mechanisms, such as e-ID, Electronic Signature, Video, Selfie;• Managed and Achieved Namirial Private Service Provider Certification under SPID Scheme and Italian Electronic Identity Card (CIE) Scheme;• Design and implementation of PSD2 compliant Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) system;• Technical and regulatory coordination for the implementation of an onboarding system based on the use of NFC-ID (ICAO) technology• Supporting the sales groups in the commercial proposals, overseeing the evaluation of the time, cost, and overall feasibility of the activities/projects covered by the proposition.

Following are my Key Accomplishments in my position as Project Manager and Pre Sales:• Achieved requirements regarding Namirial certifications by managing the relationship and support audit activities with external CABs, such as Bureau Veritas or Supervisory Authorities as Agid;• Managed and Achieved SPID Service Certification for Namirial (Italian electronic Identity notified scheme)• Increased business capital by developing important partnerships with many international companies. Developed and maintained lasting relationships with internal and external customers to streamline projects operations;• Spearheaded and developed customer requirements to assist sales groups in commercial proposals, including overseeing the time evaluations, costs and overall feasibility of the proposed solutions, resulting in enhancing revenue and customer satisfaction.

▫ Involved as security and pki specialist in pre and post engagement support to sales force (requirements review and customer support after delivery of technical solutions) and production of technical proposals in response to RFP/RFI and tender bids.

▫ Joined the Certification Authority business unit of the company in its start-up phase, managing both technical (infrastructure and pki) and governance security aspects in a regulated industry (AgID compliance).▫ Involved in the design and deployment of PKI services, TSA (Time Stamping Authority), CNS (National Service Card), SSL, digital signature and other X.509 certificates issuing environments.
