About Simone Barzilay

Years ago I applied for a 1st job in the Toy Industry at Intertoys. Never ever would I have expected to be working in this great industry to date. I have seen both sides of the table and always enjoyed negotiating with sales persons as well as buyers. Working in the toy industry has always brought me great joy. As I am getting more experienced I find that getting the best out of relationships is what is most attractive to me. This can be coaching the people in my team to further growth within the company or in their personal lives. Beside that I really enjoy starting up retail projects TOGETHER with partners. In an open atmosphere, sharing information, sharing cost and earnings and get the project done as a team!
