Working in the marine engines service organization and coordination for Key Customers, my responsibilities included: communication with the customer and acknowledgment of the activities to be performed; handling of commercial offers and order processing; deployment of manpower from MAN worldwide HUBs, as well as in coordination with third-parties suppliers; field service specific arrangements like travel & accommodation, access permissions, supply of spare parts, custom clearance, etc.
