Dit doen we door de verandering voor te bereiden met de mensen die het raakt, zodat het waarom al begint te landen vanaf het moment dat we met elkaar in gesprek gaan. Ik heb daarin de rol als kwartiermaker, inspiratiebron en/of procesbegeleider. Veranderingen zijn niet meer iets extra's, maar horen bij de dagelijkse praktijk. Wat mijn nomadische aanpak uniek maakt:• alles begint met een investering van tijd en aandacht in de voorbereiding van de verandering - het waarom, het hoe en het wat pellen we af tot de essentie. • volle aandacht op de participatie van betrokken voorlopers, oftewel Pioniers, op het hoe en het wat, zodat zij een uitvoerende rol kunnen pakken in de uitvoering• het innerlijk kompas van alle betrokkenen wordt op elkaar en het veranderpad afgestemd.• met de 5 fasen in inner development (IDG's) navigeren we door elke verandering: Denken, Verbinden, Zijn, Samenwerken en Doen.-----For leaders in organisations considering culture change or a broader transition, I offer a unique 1:1 pathway. A change path in which we not only develop plans and strategies, but also lay a solid foundation for actual implementation. We do this by preparing the change with the people it affects, so that the why already starts landing from the moment we start talking to each other. In this, I act as a quartermaster, source of inspiration and/or process supervisor. Together, we determine what role is the right one.The nomadic way of changing increases ownership and inspires participation and action. Changes are no longer something extra, but are part of daily practice. What makes my nomadic approach unique:- everything starts with an investment of time and attention in preparing for the change - we peel off the why, the how and the what to the essence. - full attention on the participation of involved forerunners, or Pioneers, on the how and the what, so that they can take an executive role in implementation- the inner compass of all parties involved is tuned to each other and the change path.- using the 5 phases in inner development (IDGs), we navigate through each change: Thinking, Relating, Being, Collaborating and Acting.
