Responsibilities entailed being able to listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate and accurate solutions in a fast paced environment. Refer Wells Fargo products and services to other business lines. Handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls. Transfer calls to appropriate department or staff. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues through available resources. Take payments, make suitable arrangements and offer options. Promptly recognize, document, and alert immediate supervisor of any out of the ordinary customer situations. Was able to be patient with problems and complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult customers. Also was able to work independently within specified time constraints.
