The Electrification Purchasing Project Manager is the purchase responsible for the Hybrid Vehicle Projects, and requires negotiation and leadership skills to create and to manage the sourcing plan, to define suppliers, to control the overall budget for Hybrid components.Main responsabilities:- creating and monitoring project KPIs (tooling kick off, supplier nomination, contracts, budget vs offer);- coordinating senior buyers through suppliers sourcing strategies to the business nomination;- hybrid components cost management (piece price, toolingn and R&D), and supply critical issues monitoring keeping daily update with the team leader and weekly one purchasing board;- creating recovery or improvement plans strategies to fix critical project issues (time, cost, quality);- strong relationship skills with suppliers for the supply chain reliability always in compliance with company’s practises.

-Define and guarantee variable and investment costs related to the development of new products, based on the contents and the prefixes set by the top management-Continuous monitoring of costs during the entire development, starting from the concept of product up to the industrialization phase.-Document, draft and communicate to the top management any deviations / economic variations of the project- Cost reduction program: to reach the costs of research costs of making synergy between the various projects, applying the most efficient technologies in relation to performance / cost

-Responsible and accountable for project time and R&D project budget and quality target, ensure the definition, deployment and monitoring of models plans from the concept phase untill the industrialization phase;-Defining, monitoring and reporting of the KPIs;-Project organization and derivation of measures ensuring the accomplishments of milestones;-Support to the definition and management of R&D costs, considering the project’s profitability;-Reporting to the top management, the platform timing and costs deviations, collaboring with the cross functional team in order to propose and define proper recovery plans.
