After completing my IT Tech Support studies at CTU Training College in 2016, I joined WR360 as an IT Technician. Subsequently, I transitioned to a challenging role at TCL Consulting. Presently, I am part of the team at YG Tech since June 2023, where I continue to contribute my expertise. My professional journey began after finishing matric in 2015, and I pursued a year of study at CTU. In my career, I have acquired significant experience in LAN and WAN management, comprehensive hardware and software support, and proficient handling of various tasks such as setting up Microsoft cloud and 365 portals, as well as configuring IPT phones. While I excel in several areas, I am actively pursuing further education to broaden my expertise, particularly in Cisco routers.Proficient in providing on-site support, I am skilled in troubleshooting and remote assistance, encompassing tasks such as server connectivity, Pastel integration, drive mapping, and network printer setup. Additionally, I possess in-depth knowledge of operating systems including Win7, Win10, and Win11, along with expertise in router bridging, CCTV camera configuration, DVR integration, and TRENT antivirus software. Known for my dedication and swift adaptability, I am committed to delivering my best performance and achieving my professional objectives. I am highly efficient in task management and possess a valid driver's license with my own transport.
