I am responsable to manage multiple projects related to Railway and Mass Transit communication solution, including application development projects, enterprise-wide infrastructure projects and process development projects. For the entire project portfolio I coordinate a team of Project Managers to ensure that projects are properly defined, budgeted, approved, planned, documented, resourced, scheduled, supervised and completed. Moreover, I am responsable to anage major cross-project interdependencies, reporting directly to Director of Project Management.

Responsabilità di gestione delle fasi d'offerta legate alla preparazione della documentazione tecnico-commerciale ed economica in risposta ai Capitolati di gara emessi da enti pubblici o aziende private, per la realizzazione di reti di telecomunicazioni PMR.Responsabilità del supporto tecnico-commerciale alla Direzione Vendite durante le relazioni con il Cliente fin dalla prima fase di contatto, fino alla conclusione delle negoziazioni di vendita.
