I´m focusing my efforts in the Next Gen Seq field, in particular I´m responsible of the preparation of DNA libraries (Human exome libraries by using Aglilent and Applied Biosystems kit, ChIP libraries and microbial whole genome libraries) for SOLiD 5500 and Ion Proton. At the same time I´m also strongly involved in the lab management and in the maintenance/troubleshooting of next generation sequencing platforms.
