-Led strategic consulting engagements for PK-12 school districts and state education agencies nationwide to address their challenges and improve student outcomes while managing resources and operations efficiently. -Oversaw the data collection and analysis of up to 10 simultaneous consulting engagements with PK-12 school districts and state education agencies to turn high-level client challenges into concrete, insightful findings and strategic paths forward.-Developed and refined complex Microsoft Excel models to: project school budgets for the next 5 years based on specific strategic decisions to close funding gaps while increasing equity across the district; determine staffing and professional development of special education teachers and paraprofessionals based on specific student needs; project the incoming revenues and expected expenditures of two school districts if they regionalize based on key city decisions.-Managed relationships with mid-level district leaders as a thought partner in key decisions about programming related to engagements; presented findings and analyses to district leaders and staff.Developed and managed the workplans of small and mid-size engagements based on client needs, culture, and team capacity.
