I decided to start a brand new editorial project since my interests about economics kept growing, during the first years of my University experience. Its content evolved very much in these two years, and now it is mainly focused on finance, economic policy, and macroeconomics; its quality improved a lot (Ph.D.s' praise stands as a certification). Besides, Caffè degli Economisti Invisibili is nowdays an international project, since me and my colleagues recruited new columnists, besides in Tor Vergata, also in Milano Bocconi, Barcelona Pompeu Fabra and Oxford University. Since August 2009 a twin journal has been created with the english version of the already published articles. (Still now we are looking for an english mothertongue collaborator for the proofreading.)Since January 1st 2010 Invisible Economists constituted a no profit association, called "Caffè degli Economisti Invisibili", to give our project a structurally strong shape in front of the law. The aims we want to achieve by statute is to promote the diffusion of financial and economic culture, and to create an international network of young economists. The Association shall, therefore:a) enrich with new essays the online journals in Italian and English;b) organize conferences and meetings to promote the participation in the project;c) announce competitions and other events which can entail the opportunity to receive symbolic prizes;d) support initiatives to expand the journal project;e) insert in the site section called "Biblioteca degli Economisti Invisibili" notes, copyleft books and useful study matters of economic/financial type;f) collect funds and make any other commercial or financial operation needed to reach the Association's objectives.
