In my almost 25 years of experience, I’ve been gathering and developing my curiosity, always looking for references to empower my creativity, sharpening my planning skills, to expand my sense of priority, dealing with pressure, facing leadership challenges as personal growth, and above all, cultivating good relationships.After graduating in Social Communication and doing an internship at TV Cultura, I spent 2 years in London where I was in contact with different cultures, people and learned how the world could be full of amazing opportunities.When I came back to Brazil, I work in almost all big TV Channels (TV Cultura, SBT, BAND, TV Record, Rede TV!) in different types of projects such as Kids Tv Shows, soap operas, series, reality shows, variety shows, broadcast Music Festivals like Rock in Rio and Lollapalooza, events such as Miss Universe, Teleton, Prix Jeunesse Festival and Flip, in all of these events I have had responsibilities for production, editing, executive production, assistant direction, and content supervisor. At the same time, I did a specialization in Marketing Management at Getulio Vargas Foundation. These paths have provided me with knowledge and acumen to deal with all kinds of adversities and the incredible possibilities to grow and learn about myself.In the last 2 years, the challenge has been to apply this practice to the digital field, learning and adapting every day.Today, I’m Production and Content Coordinator in Globo, responsible for leading a team in Social Media Branded Content area. Our mission is to connect Globo’s large ecosystem (own platforms, products and talents) to influencers, social platforms and brands like Magazine Luiza, Bayer, Diagio, Ambev, Natura, and others. With a strategic focus on audience engagement and organic storytelling. I strongly believe that Lifelong Learning is the key to managing and enjoying the journey as much as we can. Passionate about Human Behavior, Neuroscience and Education, this year I started a Graduate degree in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Science at PUCRS.
