My 2 decades of experience in Human Resources have been served in both Generalist and Specialist capacities, and in a broad range of industries and organisation types. I have a true passion for HR, and through a pragmatic and collaborative approach, I've enjoyed my work history to date in assisting and guiding senior management and directorate to devise and deliver organisational goals and strategic aims.On an operational level, I've built a long track record of supporting people managers through HR issues, helping to navigate through employment law issues. I find great satisfaction in explaining otherwise complicated matters in plain English; making HR and employment law accessible. I particularly enjoy coaching others in People Management disciplines; to help boost confidence and up-skill in HR and broader management topics.
