• Responsible for working with customers with aftersales and servicing requirements, the role requires high levels of patience and technical knowledge while assisting the customer in making the best decisions around their vehicles. The roles require flexibility and the ability to multitask while operating the IT systems, working with colleagues when managing the customers’ expectations. My time has been split between customer facing and phone-based work which has expanded my abilities and skills into the administrative and customer support areas.

• My work with this role was very varied and required a wide range of skills to keep both customers and my internal stakeholders co-ordinated and that the service department was constantly operating at capacity. This required a high level of customer support and background administration to ensure the customer experience was at its best. This also involved liaising with the vehicle manufacturers and parts suppliers to ensure that the customers vehicles met return expectations.
