Loading banking details and payments on both Standard Bank and Ned bank Processing the Cash Book on Pastel and making sure it reconciles daily. Processing customer invoices according to the budget Meet with client to ensure the client is fully aware of our terms and conditions Reconciling the petty cash on a monthly basis Analysing income statement to ensure all expenses are capture and if not make provisional journals for the expenses. Reconciling loan accounts monthly, processing journal entries to make sure the loan account are in balance. Following up with clients on payments Ensuring all the creditors is up to date with their supplier recons Creating payroll journals by allocating all employees’ salaries to the relevant branch they may be working in on excel. Producing a Vat report for all companies and compiling a Vat recon which will be loaded on the bank. Keeping a running report on all fixed assets Accounts queries Controlling monthly cash flow Calculating the wages for labourers based on the hours worked. Processing Rental Invoices based on the m2 being occupied and the amount of utilities used. Creating lease agreements for the tenants Ensuring all repairs and maintenance to the property and kept up to date. Keeping track of when the lease expires to ensure the tenant is charged correctly Creating an annual report on all income and expenses on the property.
